Inception

Concept and Viability
By the use of drawings and sketches we conceptually design and plan your project in a 2D space. We look at the proposed materials and intended building services. As well as review your budget and project programme. We also double check the conformity of the design concept with the rights to the use of the land.
Design Development
We develop the design, construction system, materials, and components in the 3D realm. We also incorporate and co-ordinate the necessary services and work from our consultants.
Technical Documentation
Now that we have the design finalized, we can submit your project to council for approval, making sure all is in order for smooth and speedy submission
Procurement
We prepare all the necessary documentation, coordination with other professionals, finding building partners, and make sure all the contracts is signed for construction to commence.
Construction
We manage the contract and relationship with the contractor. Making sure the project is on track and in accordance with the agreement. We do regular site visits and give regular feedback to ensure you piece of mind.
Close out
